Sunnyway Technologies — Powering the World’s Connected Devices
Sunnyway Technologies is one of China’s largest and most advanced manufacturers of IoT antennas.
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Shanghai, the privately held company originally served handset ODMs and OEMs before pivoting in 2014–2015 to become a full-scale IoT antenna specialist.
Today Sunnyway operates with 300+ employees, three R&D centres (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chongqing), more than 10 in-house OTA labs, and a high-volume manufacturing hub in Huizhou.
Annual shipments now exceed 200 million antennas across technologies such as 5G/LTE, NB-IoT, LoRa, GNSS, NFC, RFID, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a wide range of custom solutions — from FPC/PCB and LDS to metal-stamped, spring, fiberglass and automotive-grade antennas (IATF 16949 certified).
Sunnyway’s antennas are trusted by leading device makers in micromobility (bike & scooter sharing), POS terminals, automotive telematics, smart metering, and industrial IoT.
Customers include global and Chinese leaders such as Meituan Bike, DiDi, Voi, Centerm, PAX Technology, Newland Payment Technology, Forvia, Pateo, Neusoft, Joynext, Teltonika and Ruptela.
The company partners closely with major cellular module vendors — Fibocom, MeiG, SIMCom, MobileTek, Quectel — and ships worldwide through direct OEM/ODM supply and a selected network of distributors and VARs.
In 2023, Sunnyway reached revenues of about RMB 500 million (≈ US$ 71 million), growing 20 % year-over-year.
